Our New Phone System Has Been Installed

As some of our customers may already know, we have recently had a new phone system installed.

The most notable advantage of this new system over our previous system is that it can put our customers straight to the person they need to talk with!

Usage is simple, when dialling our usual number 01202 588900 you will go straight to an automated line, which will guide you to the members of staff you need to speak to.

So next time you call us, press 1 for sales and general enquires or press 2 for all accounts and payment enquiries, this will then be broken down to more options so you can be put straight through to the staff you need.

Grove Sales Issue 1 2011 catalogue at the press!

Its nearly here! Our new Issue 1 2011 catalogue is now at the press and only a week away from being distributed to those who already requested one.

it has taken nearly 6 months and the whole catalogue has been built from scratch with new and better pictures taken by us and more information and content then any of our previous catalogue.

Recycle Program

Grove has enthusiastically accepted the responsibility of environmental waste management and instituted a green recycling policy, even though experiencing a certain amount of difficulties. Being a moderately sized company, Grove have found that considerable costs and inconveniences are caused by the fact that those quantities to be recycled are regarded as un-economical by large waste contractors.

Grove re-cycle the usual business waste products for example used toner ink cartridges, tin cans, papers and cardboards. These are done through the local council and private waste contractors.

Large empty metal 200ltr drums are collected by a local paint ball company who use them as barricades in their mock war games.

The most exciting recycling program adopted by Grove is one in collaboration with a small independent company who take all the plastic drums in various sizes (but mainly 200ltr) and re-manufacture them into fence-posts for use in the rural farming community.

Lisa's 5K Charity Run

On a sunny Sunday morning early July, Lisa completed a 5k 'Race for Life' between the two piers of Bournemouth, raising a total of well over £300.00 for Cancer Research.

Bowling Trip

All the team members of Grove have recently been on a ten pin bowling trip. The winner of the night was our Northern Sales Manager, Andy Hunter who has obviously been practising on his WII!. The loser of the night was Adam. Fun was had by all and a few beers!!!
