Grove Sales Privacy Policy

Here at Grove we care about our customers’ rights to know and control what information is being stored about them. Our privacy policy hasn’t been written in cryptic legal jargon because we want you to understand what information we store on our website and how we use it to improve your shopping experience when using our online store.

Personal Information

The personal information that we collect about our users is kept to the bare minimum that is required in order to complete customer orders and contact customers should any complications arise. This information that we store is presented to the customer through the invoices created by our order tracking service.

For registered users, no additional personal information is collected without their consent. This additional information (for example multiple addresses) is stored for the convenience of our regular customers. All information stored in a user’s account is presented in the Account Management section. This information can be modified and addresses can be removed as desired.

Here at Grove Sales we provide a consumables and equipment service to the electronics industry; we have no desire to disclose any of your information to third parties.

Secure Information

Sensitive information such as Credit/Debit information is not processed or stored by the Grove Sales online store. At the payment stage of transactions, customers are directed to the Protx payment system.

General Usage Information

In order to provide a more convenient and useful online experience, we have the google analytics package installed to study how people navigate our site. This is used to see which aspects of the site are working as designed, and to discover which parts need to be improved in future updates.

Spam Protection

Here at Grove Sales we are plagued by SPAM emails on a daily basis and so we maintain a very vigilant stance against it. An example of the measures we take against SPAM are the CAPTCHA images we have on our web-based emailing services. These CAPTCHAs are a popular method to ensure automated emailing programs can’t operate on our site.

The team at Grove Sales would be delighted to inform you of all our latest special offers and new products; however we understand that this isn’t always desired by our users. When registering an account with Grove Sales we provide the option to receive or not receive our latest offers and sales information by email. The Account Management section of our website displays the currently selected option, and the opportunity to change your decision at any time.
