1. Product Information and Health & Safety Requirements
Product information and product images are collated from a variety of sources as an informative service to our customers. While we strive to ensure the information and images on our website are accurate and correct, we make no guarantees that this is so.
Some of our products have special Health and Safety requirements. While we try to ensure these requirements are available on our website, we do not guarantee this. It is important that any safety warnings are carefully read and guidelines are accurately followed. If you are in any doubt about the use of the product, the meaning of any warnings, or whether your intended use of the product is safe, we urge you to contact us or the manufacturer for clarification prior to use. Grove Sales Ltd will not be held responsible for any negligent use or misuse of our products.
2. Pricing and Availability
Prices listed on our online store exclude VAT. All prices are subject to change at anytime without notification. Prices listed on our online store are not guaranteed. While we rigorously maintain the accuracy of prices, we will make amendments to any orders placed which receive inaccurate pricing due to website exploits, errors or mismatched pricing. Amendments made to orders are to be discussed and confirmed with the customer concerned.
Product availability is not monitored by our online store with the exception of our non-stock items which are marked as having a necessary lead time before dispatch. We do not guarantee the immediate availability of any of our products however we do keep a large stock from a wide range of our products. Orders placed are checked by our sales team and customers are notified about stock and availability at this stage.
3. Online Discounts
Online Discounts are only available to registered users who are logged into their account at the time of ordering. The stated discount is applied to the subtotal of the order before Shipping and Tax costs are applied. Online Discounts are subject to change or removal without notification.
4. Divisibility Clause
This contract is divisible. Each delivery made here under shall be deemed to arise from a separate contract and shall be invoiced separately; any invoice for a delivery shall be payable in full in accordance with the terms of payment provided for herein, without reference to and notwithstanding any defect of default in delivery of any other instalment.
5. Delivery Information
All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability.
For the majority of our products, carriage charges are calculated at a flat rate charge. Certain products are marked as having special carriage requirements due to size, weight or contents. This is highlighted on the product information and basket pages.
The described delivery estimates for our selection of shipping options is the time for delivery having been dispatched from Grove Sales Ltd. This excludes our internal processing, picking and packaging time.
Shortages or damage sustained during transit must be notified to both the carriers and ourselves within three days of receipt of goods. In the event of a non-delivery, we must be notified immediately after the invoice is received, otherwise no liability can be accepted.
We reserve the right to ship products at a later date (up to 28 days after purchase) where the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In this situation you will be contacted and offered a full refund instead of delivery of the product.
We cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. If such disruption occurs you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery or fulfillment company or a full refund.
6. Free Delivery Promotions
Our Free Delivery promotion is subject to change or removal without notification. It is only available for orders within the UK. Any delivery address may only take advantage of the free delivery promotion on a single user account.
7. Customs and Duty
If you are ordering a product from outside the UK the recipient of the product is responsible for all customs duties or tariffs incurred in the country to which the products are shipped. Furthermore your order may be subject to delay or be opened and searched by local customs authorities when entering the destination country. Please note we are unable to provide specific advice on customs duties or tariffs.
Orders placed by our international customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged when the package reaches its destination. These charges must be accepted by the customer. Unfortunately these charges are beyond are control and we cannot estimate what they may be.
When ordering from Grove Sales Ltd for international delivery you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
8. Returns
All returns to Grove Sales Ltd must be approved in advance.
All goods being returned must be accompanied by a returns number which can be obtained by calling our Sales Team on 01202 588900 to arrange the necessary return.
Unwanted goods may be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase providing, the goods must be unused and ‘as new’ and returned in their original packaging wherever possible. This should include all product boxes, all manuals and accessories, and returned in excellent condition.
15% will be deducted from the credit note as a restocking fee unless the return is due to faulty products or errors caused by Grove Sales Ltd.
We are unable to accept returns on custom made products.
If goods are found to be faulty and within warranty period, Grove Sales Ltd will issue you either a new product once evaluated or repair by the manufacturer.
Shipping
You will be responsible for the return of unwanted goods and the cost of carriage.
Your Rights
This returns policy does not affect your statutory or legal rights.
9. Using our Online Store
Users of our online store are responsible for their own conduct when doing so. The features and services of our store must not be exploited to cause damage to our website or servers, conduct illegal activity, or any activity which will cause distress or confusion.
Registered users of our website are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account information such as email address and password. Users accept all responsibility for activities that occur within their account. Grove Sales Ltd reserves the right to access, edit and remove user accounts and the information contained within them at our discretion.
Under no circumstances shall Grove Sales Ltd be liable for any direct or indirect loss of data arising out of the use of this website.
